About the Card

The ATIRApay card gives cardholders the convenience of a debit card without needing a checking account through a financial institution. Paychecks can be loaded on the card via direct deposit, eliminating costly check cashing services. Once loaded, the card can then be used for regular transactions or to withdraw cash at an ATM.
